PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) Testing
Our qualified staff use the most advanced standard equipment for testing to ensure that all your appliances are as safe as possible. All testing is performed in accordance with the IEE (Institute of Electrical Engineers) code of practice, and Property Services & Maintenance Ltd has full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.
We calibrate our electrical testing equipment regularly to ensure the most accurate test results.
All your electrical appliances will be tested for a number of faults and be given a pass or fail status. A detailed, printed report is provided for your business showing all the test results. All faults will be reported to you and where possible, minor electrical faults will be rectified free of charge so the equipment is made safe and can be passed.
